Information you choose to send
The contact form asks for your name, work email, company, inquiry type, and a short description of the requested security scope. VulSight receives those details only when you submit the form. Do not include passwords, API keys, private keys, credentials, production data, or confidential source code in an initial inquiry.
If you contact VulSight by email, schedule a conversation, or begin an engagement, VulSight receives the information you include in those communications and any later materials shared through an approved channel.
Form delivery and service providers
When contact-form delivery is configured, the website sends the submission through Resend, a transactional email provider, to the VulSight inbox. If delivery is unavailable, the form reports that it did not send and directs you to email VulSight instead.
Vercel hosts this website. Vercel and Resend may process information needed to deliver the website and your message under their respective service terms and privacy commitments.
Website operations and abuse prevention
The hosting environment may process routine technical records such as request timestamps, IP addresses, user-agent information, response status, and error logs to operate and protect the website.
The contact endpoint uses a source address supplied by the hosting platform for a short-lived, best-effort rate limit. Form contents are not added to the site's limited interaction events, and VulSight does not use inquiry information to create advertising profiles.
How VulSight uses and shares information
VulSight uses inquiry information to respond, understand the requested scope, arrange authorized work, maintain business records, and protect its systems. VulSight does not sell contact-form information.
Information may be shared with service providers that support website hosting, email delivery, and business operations; with professional advisers under appropriate duties; or when required to meet legal, security, or contractual obligations.
Retention and engagement information
Inquiry information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the conversation, business records, dispute prevention, security, and applicable legal obligations.
Security engagements can involve confidential material. The signed agreement and approved handling plan for an engagement control access, storage, retention, return, and deletion requirements for that material.
Your choices
You may ask what personal information VulSight holds about you, request a correction, or request deletion of information that no longer needs to be retained. Legal, security, and contractual duties may limit a request.
Send privacy questions or requests to info@vulsight.com with enough context to identify the relevant conversation or engagement.
